Complaints Procedure

At Kaakchirurgie Zuidas, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring optimal patient satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with certain aspects of your experience with us, we take your feedback and complaints very seriously and want to work with you towards a suitable solution.

Do you have a complaint about your treatment? We recommend discussing this first with your treating doctor, as they are responsible for your care.

 

Submitting a complaint

If you have a complaint, you can submit it in the following ways:

  1. Orally: – Discuss your complaint directly with your treating oral surgeon or another member of our team. Often, a personal conversation can resolve a lot.

  2. Via email: – You can also submit your complaint by email to: klachten@kaakchirurgie-zuidas.nl – Please include your name, date of birth, address, phone number, a description of your complaint, and the date the incident occurred.

  3. In writing: – You can submit your complaint in writing by sending a letter to:
