Would you like to quickly and easily schedule an appointment? You can! For the removal of teeth or molars, you can make an appointment by calling 020 308 6055. You can also schedule an appointment via email by sending your referral letter to info@kaakchirurgie-zuidas.nl. We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Referral Letter Required

For every appointment, you need a referral letter from your dentist, orthodontist, general practitioner, or medical specialist. Please don't forget to bring it with you to your appointment, as we unfortunately cannot assist you without the referral letter.

Exception

An exception to this is aesthetic treatments. For aesthetic treatments, no referral letter is required.

Would you like to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment/treatment. If not canceled or if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, Kaakchirurgie Zuidas will charge for the reserved time. These costs will not be reimbursed by your health insurer. If an appointment is missed due to the patient's absence, the treatment room remains empty. A team is ready, but no care can be provided during this time, which is costly for the practice. Additionally, we could have assisted another patient during this time. Our policy aligns with the guidelines of the KNMT (Royal Dutch Society for the Advancement of Dentistry).

Appointments that cannot take place for any reason should preferably be canceled by phone at least 24 hours in advance. If Kaakchirurgie Zuidas is closed due to weekends or holidays, you can exceptionally send an email to: info@kaakchirurgiezuidas.nl
