Referral Letter Required
For every appointment, you need a referral letter from your dentist, orthodontist, general practitioner, or medical specialist. Please don't forget to bring it with you to your appointment, as we unfortunately cannot assist you without the referral letter.
Exception
An exception to this is aesthetic treatments. For aesthetic treatments, no referral letter is required.
Emergency case
Through your dentist or general practitioner, you can consult our emergency helpline. If you still need to contact us urgently, you can do so via 020 308 6055.
