Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Biography
Dagmar has a particular interest in implantology, reconstructive oral and maxillofacial surgery and bone augmentation. She combines her clinical expertise with a strong scientific background and is committed to providing high-quality, personalised and patient-centred care.
After studying Medicine at the University of Groningen, she completed her PhD on research into jawbone reconstruction prior to implant treatments. Her research focused, amongst other things, on autologous bone grafts and the long-term results of various reconstruction techniques. For this work, she was awarded the Marten Hut Prize at the NVMKA’s autumn conference.
Dagmar also gained international experience during clinical placements in Indonesia and Cameroon. She completed her training as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at institutions including the University Medical Centre Groningen and Isala Zwolle.
At Kaakchirurgie Zuidas, Dagmar treats patients with a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions. She attaches great importance to personalised care, clear explanations and a treatment plan that is carefully tailored to each individual patient.
With her calm approach, expertise and eye for detail, she is a valuable addition to our team.
