Oral Surgery Assistant

This is what you'll do  

The position is for 16 – 24 hours per week for a duration of one year, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

As a Patient Contact Center employee, your tasks will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and written communication from patients.
• Scheduling appointments for medical specialties in an electronic environment (CS HiX).
• Maintaining patient records and documenting patient interactions.
• Sending appointment confirmations, directions, and patient information.

This is you  

• Having a pleasant phone voice and being highly skilled on the phone.
• Mastering the Dutch language excellently.
• Being comfortable with digital systems and online media.
• Having a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to perform well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Enthusiastic and looking for a new challenge.

The salary range is between approximately €2,500 - €3,500 gross per month for a full-time position. After proving your suitability, you will receive a permanent contract. Additionally, there are opportunities to take courses and further training.

Do you have experience or affinity with surgical treatments? For the Implantology | Oral Surgery department in the Amsterdam region, we are looking for an oral surgery or implantology assistant available for 2 to 4 days per week. This position involves only day shifts.
